I have been documenting the life and work of British artist, printmaker and Senior Lecturer in Painting at The University of Brighton (UK) Tom Hammick. I have also written many pieces contextualizing his work and exhibitions for his teacher profile page for the University of Brighton.

Furthermore I worked in the studio of Tom Hammick for 3 years. I learnt extensively the layered process of reduction wood-block printing, dry point techniques and monotypes. This included: mixing and rolling inks, carving images out of plywood, and operating a large-scale print press. Some of the work we were creating was for a 17 image series called ‘Lunar Voyage’ for an exhibition at Flowers Gallery, New York, and later London (2018). Then for museum shows in Minneapolis USA and Halifax Canada.

I was a print sales assistant for the chairman and the founder of the London Original Print Fair Gordon Cook on his personal stand; my job consisted of formulating engaging conversations with clients, comprehending knowledge of the art works and the artists, and instigating sales to potential buyers.

I have been working as a Print and Sales assistant manager for the Frieze art fair, London for the past 3 years.
