Evaluator Patricia Schweitzer (artist)

My artistic approach is a reading of the world. Without learning in art school, the influence in my work is based on \'non-partitioning\', a distancing of a formatted model that challenges the public by its atypical formulation and upsets established codes. Contribute by my respective contribution to current art and its reflexive thought, where the theme of the place and the role of women in my artistic process is a recur-rent theme.
By pointing out the excesses of a societal system imaged, among other things, on sexism, constant in ad-vertising and which is not without consequence on the collective conditioning of our contemporary socie-ty. The influence of the relations between the two genders and the inequalities that follow. My artistic practice extends into a multidisciplinary field around drawing, painting, installation and performance.
Having experience of multi-year group and individual exhibitions in the field of visual arts and performance. Plurilingual artist, Franco-Egyptian, this dual identity is very present in my work and its influences.
How to promote the role of the public, encourage them to be an actor, register and take part in the crea-tive process of cultural diversity?
Being selected by a cultural institution is always an honor, one becomes the guest of the host country, one lives in the place, the invested and deposits his baggage of identity beyond the artistic contribution. A born artistic partnership and a rewarding human cooperation.
