I studied Visual Arts in Brazil and Visual Anthropology in Germany. I dealt with art education funding for instance at the Mercosur Biennalle, once I believe art scene has to be strenghened everywhere, and not only at the already established "art centers". Art is made everywhere, and it should be supported, displayed and enjoyed everywhere, as well.
