Who is the Global EDI Benchmarks?
The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) are a comprehensive, research-backed framework that helps organizations around the world implement and measure effective DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) practices. They were developed collaboratively by over 100 global experts and provide 275 benchmarks organized into 15 categories across four core groups, offering a structured approach to assess and advance an organization’s DEI efforts at every level.
