Trough this referendum you will evaluate the quality of the work of an artist. The result of this I called the “pure taste” indicator. The “pure taste” indicator is an evaluation of the quality of the work of an artist, without hidden variables used in the current art market to speculate with it.
With the results of this referendum and the “DHAdmann *Pure taste* indicator and cap-price formulas”, the *Pure* taste indicator of an artist will be calculated and published as soon the minimum quantity of evaluations are completed.

Ugo Rondinone is a Swiss contemporary artist working in mixed-media installations that include sculpture, painting, video, sound, and photography. His wide-ranging practice utilizes metaphoric and iconographic images such as clouds, animals, and figures, as well as powerful declarative sayings like ?Hell, Yes!? By co-opting the language of psychedelia and advertising, Rondinone conveys his profound interest in the contemplation of everyday life and activities. ?I see art-making as a ritual, a meditation for myself,? the artist explains. ?It?s to exclude myself from society and to create my own rites? The energy of art is that you can spend time with yourself.? Born in 1964 in Brunne, Switzerland, he went on to study at the Hochschule f?r Angewandte Kunste in Vienna and moved to New York in 1998. He has represented his home country in the 2007 Venice Biennale, and his work can be found in the permanent collection of the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York. Rondinone lives and works in New York, NY. http://www.artnet.com/artists/ugo-rondinone/

Question 1 of 4
1. Question
Concept of the Artist
Ranging from installations to psychedelic paintings to large-scale drawings, Ugo Rondinone?s eclectic work balances on the razor?s edge between euphoria and depression. His signature incandescent colors and Pop references, as in his rainbow-hued and neon-lit sign pieces, turn cultural clich?s (?Hell, Yes!?) into material for a contemporary Arte Povera, recycling old catchphrases, repurposed cement, or cast-off clothes. Similarly, his sculptures often transform everyday objects by casting them in bronze, giving them an artificial permanence that both underscores and denies their perishability. Rondinone represented Switzerland in the 52nd Venice Biennale.https://www.artsy.net/artist/ugo-rondinone
