Trough this referendum you will evaluate the quality of the work of an artist. The result of this I called the “pure taste” indicator. The “pure taste” indicator is an evaluation of the quality of the work of an artist, without hidden variables used in the current art market to speculate with it.
With the results of this referendum and the “DHAdmann *Pure taste* indicator and cap-price formulas”, the *Pure* taste indicator of an artist will be calculated and published as soon the minimum quantity of evaluations are completed.

J?rg Immendorff was a German Neo-Expressionist painter known for his realistic figurative style and use of symbolic imagery. Taking cues from New Objectivity artists such as George Grosz, Max Beckmann, and Otto Dix, his representations markedly differ from the more abstract practices of his contemporaries like Markus L?pertz/ and A.R. Penck. ?Something is beautiful if it is honest,? Immendorff had said. ?If you do an engaged piece of work, which is sincere, the concept of beauty meets the concept of truth.? Born on June 14, 1945 in Bleckede, Germany, Immendorff studied at the Kunstakademie D?sseldorf under the famed Conceptual artist Joseph Beuys. Immendorff?s popular painting series Caf? Deutschland combined autobiography with social and political commentary in the 1970s, often placing former tutor Beuys within the painted scenes. Immendorff?s first exhibition in the United States was held in 1982 at The Museum of Modern Art in New York, and he died on May 28, 2007 in D?sseldorf, Germany at the age of 61 from complications due to ALS.http://www.artnet.com/artists/j%C3%B6rg-immendorff/

Concept of the Artist
Provocative painter, sculptor, and stage designer Jorg Immendorff is considered one of Germany?s most important painters of the last century. He is known for his dense, bizarre scenes laden with a wide range of symbolic influences pulled from art history, mythology, and German history. Born at the end of the Second World War, Immendorff?s work reflects the political and psychological turmoil imbedded in postwar German life, in equal parts romping comedy and tragedy. He depicts characters from both his personal life and greater culture in chaotic, large-scale oil paintings that borrow staging and composition from theater. His backgrounds often descend into darkness, as in the ?Caf? Deutschland? series, which Immendorff started in 1977. The bar?s interior functions as a stage set, and the cast of characters represents an allegory of the ideological clash between the East and West.https://www.artsy.net/artist/jorg-immendorff
