ReBalance is a European cooperation project dedicated to strengthening women’s leadership and career opportunities in the cultural and creative sectors. Through targeted training, mentorship, and innovative learning pathways in digital transformation and entrepreneurship, the project supports women in developing the skills and confidence needed to succeed in high-growth fields such as technology and green industries. By addressing structural barriers and promoting cross-sector collaboration, ReBalance contributes to more inclusive institutions, sustainable career development, and stronger female representation in leadership and entrepreneurship across Europe.
