Trough this referendum you will evaluate the quality of the work of an artist. The result of this I called the “pure taste” indicator. The “pure taste” indicator is an evaluation of the quality of the work of an artist, without hidden variables used in the current art market to speculate with it.
With the results of this referendum and the “DHAdmann *Pure taste* indicator and cap-price formulas”, the *Pure* taste indicator of an artist will be calculated and published as soon the minimum quantity of evaluations are completed.

Richard Long is a prominent English sculptor. Known as one of the United Kingdom s foremost practitioners of Land Art, his work derives inspiration from personal experience, geographic history, and plant life. Employing natural materials?ranging from water, rocks, and mud in a variety of media, such as sculpture, installation, text, and paintings?Long creates works that trace his movement, largely walking on foot, through different landscapes in England, Scotland, and the Western United States. The outdoor environment shapes Long s process, wherein he often forms circles and lines using local materials in site-based works. ?I like the idea that art can be made anywhere,? the artist has said, ?perhaps seen by few people, or not recognized as art when they do.? Since his graduation from Saint Martin s School of Art in London in 1968, he has gained considerable attention for his work, notably including a solo exhibition at the Tate Modern in London. Long holds the distinction of being the only artist to have been short-listed four times for the prestigious Turner Prize. Born on June 2, 1945, he currently lives and works in his birthplace of Bristol, England.http://www.artnet.com/artists/richard-long/

Question 1 of 4
1. Question
Concept of the Artist
From the action of a walk to the temporary placement of stones along the way, from piles of stones placed on the gallery floor to mud smeared upon the walls with his hands, Richard Long helped redefine sculpture in the 1970s. For Long, the landscape is at once the medium and subject of his work. He travels to challenging and remote terrains, documenting long walks with text and photographs, while leaving piles of rocks and other ephemeral installations behind him. Long?s projects exist as installations, but also as memory and narrative in our imaginations.https://www.artsy.net/artist/richard-long
